The principal objectives of the position are to ensure the Implementation of the National Water and Soil Conservation Authority policies and guidelines for water and soil planning, conservation and development. Emphasis will be on working with catchment boards on Implementation of soil conservation works, but the job will also entail working on waler management and control proposals, catchment works, rural water supplies, and district planning.
