The General Manager will plan, direct, monitor and control the operations of the company to achieved RONF and long term objectives within corporate business plans. The position reports to the Divisional Chief Executive and the location is Auckland. REQUIREMENTS • Proven successful profit centre management experience in a multi-disciplined environment. • A strong marketing philosophy, backed by sound commercial judgement. • Strong leadership qualities and inter-personal relationship skills to achieve profit objectives through motivation. • Evidence of strong and innovative thinking abilities to plan and develop strategies. • Age range flexible, but preferably 30-40 group.
