Cashin Quay will be the scene of a lot of activity over the week-end with ships berthed at its wharves. The Asian Beauty will make a serious dent in Lyttelton's coal stockpile when she loads more than 34,000 tonnes for Japan at Cashin Quay No. 1. At Cashin Quay No. 2 the 13,10&-ton Elbe will exchange containers and also load some coal before sailing for Bluff on Wednesday. At Cashin Quay No. 3 the New Zealand Trader is making a short stop-over. It is exchanging containers and will sail to Dunedin this afternoon.
