Ingredients: 8 loin lamb chops % teaspoon butter 2 tablespoons chopped onion 2 tablespoons tomato chutney % cup grated cheese IVz cups fresh breadcrumbs Mt teaspoon crushed mixed herbs 1 beaten egg IMz cups stock Method: 1. Melt butter in a heavypan, and brown chops in dish. 2. Place chops in one layer in a shallow baking dish. 3. Make some stuffing by mixing together the onion,

chutney, cheese, breadcrumbs, herbs and egg. 4. Spread stuffing on top of chops. 5. Pour the stock around the chops, but do not let it come over the stuffing. 6. Bake uncovered at 170 deg. C for about one hour until chops are tender and topping browned.
