We are all very excited about the fabulous Italian Wools and beautiful Mohairs. The colour range is enormous and so are the varieties and textures. Many of these fabrics will be shown to you made into the Collection at the Fashion Parades starting at the beginning of April. Monday, April 1, 1.30 p.m. or 7.30 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 10.30 a.m., 1.30 p.m. or 7.30 p.m. Wednesday. April 3, 10.30 a.m., 1.30 p.m. or 7.30 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 10.30 a.m., 1.30 p.m. or 7.30 p.m. Make sure you book in to secure a seat, there is no charge and bring some friends with you. The whole parade lasts about one hour and is a great way to see how to utilise your Basic Patterns to the fullest extent by creating a fashion garment for Autumn and Winter. Yes the Collection Books are here and are available for purchase now. Same as last year, $7.95. From time to time Knitwit adds a new pattern to their already extensive range, this week is no exception. A Unisex Track Suit pattern, sizes 624 for ladies, 86-117 cm for men. This has a wide variety of garments incorporated in the packet — top, singlet, jacket with a hood or collar, trousers and shorts. We still have one or two vacancies in our Elvera workshops on Tuesday, March 12 at 1 p.m. or Friday, March 15 at 7 p.m. While you are planning your wardrobe for winter it is good value to know which are your correct colours for a well co-ordinated look.
