NZPA-AP New York Bernhard Hugo Goetz pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges of illegal weapons possession over the shootings of four young men on a subway train in December. Judge Stephen Crane reduced Goetz’s bail from SUSSO,OOO ($106,500) to SUSSOOO ($10,650) and set a hearing for February 27.
