Armit leads sailing
PA New Plymouth The Takapuna yachtsman, Leith Armit, leads with two wins after the first day of the national O.K. dinghy championships off Port Taranaki yesterday. The 1983 world O.K. champion, Armit started as the favourite and had to overcome a restart to win the first race. Placings after yesterday’s two races, with over-all places in brackets:— L.
