Ski-ing gold medallist
NZPA-Reuter Bormio, Italy Pirmin Zurbriggen, of Switzerland, won the men’s combined gold medal at the world alpine ski championships yesterday.
Ernst Riedlsperger, of Austria, won the silver medal and the Swiss, Thomas Buergler, the bronze. The results are subject to official confirmation.
