The present secretary who has served the Board for 11 years desires to relinquish the appointment from February 28, 1985. The successful applicant is expected to be a person who: (a) Has some experience in the preparation of agendas and background papers. (b) Is able to deal with inwards and outwards correspondence. Although the Secretary spends on average 8 hours per week in the execution of the duties there are some weeks where the involvement is quite heavy and others where there is little or no activity.
