Rang on the wrong day
PA Auckland International time zones have got Captain Mark Phillips a little confused, if not a little ahead of himself. Yesterday was ' his eleventh wedding anniversary and he dutifully tele-
phoned Princess Anne yesterday morning in England to give her his love. Unfortunately, he was 13 hours early — on the wrong day. Captain Phillips, in Auckland to run three riding seminars in the next week
and to compete in the international American Express horse trials at Pukekohe this week-end, admitted to being a little confused. “But I’ll work it out and call again when the time’s right,” he said yesterday afternoon.
