A bulkier Budget
This year’s Budget was far bulkier than last year’s.
The financial statement was 26 pages long with a 39page annex of tables and explanations. Last year the statement was. 29 pages long with seven pages of appendices and 20 pages of Budget tables.
The Budget was presented in two parts this year, with an extra 37-page booklet of statistical data. A booklet explaining the goods and services tax was also part (f’.the Budget, adding another 27 pages.
