‘The Press’ open hunter competition
“The Press” open hunter competition has again attracted a top-line field, including the winner of last year’s competition, Mr W. A. Acton Adams and Patriarch. One of the favourites is likely to be Mrs Donna Smith, of Southland (pic-
tured above), with her dis-, tinctive piebald, Ernie Mite, which was a runner-up a year ago. Like many others of the 33-strong field, she has also entered horses in the A and B Grade show-jumping competitions.
