Members of the Christchurch Indian Association mourn the death of the Prime Minister of India, Mrs Indira Gandhi (pictured at left). About 100 members of the Christchurch Indian community attended the ceremony at the association’s hall last evening. Afterwards, the association decided as a mark of respect to postpone its Diwali ceremony, which was to have been held at Heaton Intermediate School tomorrow.
