Cyclists
Sir, — One of the latest “trendy” acts on a bicycle appears to be riding along with arms folded anywhere but on the handle-bars. This idiotic practice can be seen on the busiest roads, and I suppose the people doing it will be the biggest whiners when the “law of averages” catches up and they cause an accident. — Yours, etc., C.
