Hanging motion
NZPA-PA London A motion was tabled in the House of Commons yesterday calling on the British Government to begin an early debate on restoring the death penalty for terrorist crimes. Its sponsor, Peter Bruinvels, the Conservative Member of Parliament for Leicester East, said, “I have already received 400 letters supporting my view that capital punishment should be restored for this offence.
