CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL REVOCATION OF RESERVE VICTORS ROAD IT is hereby publicly notified that pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council has resolved to request the Minister of Lands to' revoke the reservation for road purposes over the land described In the schedule hereto. SCHEDULE (Canterbury Land District) ALL that parcel of land containing 781 square metres being all of Lot 8 Deposited Plan 16568. The above description refers to a rectangular shaped parcel of land having a frontage of 27.43 metres to Victors Road and a depth of 44.2 metres situated on the west side of Victors Road approximately mid-way between Sparks Road and Newland Street. As this land Is now surplus to Christchurch City Council requirements, it is the Council’s intention to have the reservation revoked and subsequently sell the land.
