Salmon loaf
COCKSCORNER
Ingredients: 1 cup salmon , 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt cup milk . 2 eggs' " ?•" ? - f Method: 1. Mash fish, add beaten eggs and other ingredients. 2. Bake in a greased loaf
tin for 30 minutes at a fairly hot temperature. 3. Serve hot with tartare sauce, or cold with a salad.
