Soccer captain banned
NZPA-AAP Suva . The Fiji soccer captain. Bale Raniga, has been banned from the national team. The Fiji Football Association president, Hari Pal Singh, said all Fiji players who threw punches in two brawls between
the two teams in the past few days, which he described as New Zealand-inspired, will face disciplinary action. He described the control of the matches by Australian xeferee, Peter Rampley, as poor, but said there was no room for in soccer.
