DRAWING AND SPINNING FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR Must be fully experienced in the production of wool or semi wool yarns and capable of organising staff to fully utilise the plant production capability. TWISTING AND WINDING FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR Experience of automatic winding (Schlar Fhast) and modern twisting technics is necessary, plus the ability to control and motivate staff. A knowledge of drawing and spinning would be an added advantage. It is desirable that applicants would have gained the Yarn Manufacturers Certificates in Worsted Spinning and should be able to demonstrate that formal training has been undertaken. All reasonable relocation expenses will be met plus the initial subsidising of accommodation rental.
