Reg Cook (Auckland) on special stage five over the Mackenzie and Hakataramea passes during the final round of the national CRC rally championship in South Canterbury last week-end. Cook, driving a Nissan 240 RS, won the round by 14 seconds from Malcolm Stewart (Dannevirke), Escort, but the over-all title was won by Tony Teesdale (Auckland), who finished this round third in another Nissan 240 RS.
