AEB holds three
The Alternative Entertainment Bureau (AEB) has booked three band shows at the Star and Garter Tavern this week-end to raise funds to help the Unemployed Rights Centre’s rent, telephone, and power bills. The AEB, which has its offices at the centre, has organised 12 bands for the week-end, which starts with Scorched Earth Policy, Crane, Wayward Witches, and Southern Front tomorrow evening.
On Saturday afternoon, starting at 2 p.m., All Fall Down and Legless Brownies, with two other bands yet to be confirmed, are booked to play, and on Saturday evening it is the turn of Holocaust, Nominal Options, White Boys, and No Idea. The cost is $5 a ticket, which allows the buyer to see all three shows. These can be bought at either the unemployed Rights Centre, 116 Lichfield Street, or from record shops.
