$85M investment
PA Tauranga The United Building Society will invest more than $B5 million in retirement villages throughout New Zealand in the next five years, said its managing director, Mr Colin Jenkins.
The investment would add about 1000 units and 12 rest homes to New Zealand’s accommodation stock, said Mr Jenkins, at the official opening of a display unit by the Minister of Social Welfare, Mrs Hercus.
