Leader returns
NZPA-AFP Washington The Soviet leader, Konstantin Chernenko, was brought back to Moscow in a wheelchair last week from a Crimean vacation, American Broadcasting Corporation news reported yesterday. Mr Chernenko was now under medical treatment, the A.B.C. correspondent in Moscow said. Mr Chernenko, aged 72, has not been seen since midJuly.
