Public Notices ■ CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL REVOCATION OF RESERVE DRAYTON LANE IT is hereby publicly notified that pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Christchurch City Council has resolved to request the Minister of Lands to revoke the reservation for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto. SCHEDULE (Canterbury Land District) ALL that parcel of land containing 1907 square metres being all of Lot 6 on Deposited Plan 20831. The above description refers to a parcel of land adjoining Drayton Lane. This is a strip of land 1524 m wide on the south side of Drayton Lane commencing at a point approximately 84m from Mt Pleasant Road and proceeding in a southeasterly direction. To achieve a more economic use of the surrounding land, it is the Council’s Intention to revoke the reservation over the said parcel of land. A plan depicting the area affected may be inspected during normal office hours at the Housing and Property Division, Department of City Administration, Civic Offices, 163 Tuam Street. Persons having any objections to the proposal are requested to submit their objections in writing to the undersigned not later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 1984.
