SCHEDULE 1— An application by Douglas MacKenzle Maxwell, Chapman road, Eamscleugh, Central Otago to conduct a Category ’C’ air transport service from Alexandra over the whole of the southern South island with a fleet of one Hughes 500 C helicopter. 2— An application by Michael Kennedy Dorrlan, (trading as “The Wellington Flight Centre’’), c/-141 Akaroa Drive, Mapula, Wellington, to conduct an aerial work service in the local Pencarrow training area and lower Walrarapa, with a fleet of one Piper PA3B Tomahawk aircraft The nature of the services sought are flight training and photo/ survey/lnspectlon. 3— An application by Dennis Thompson International Limited (acting as agent for a company yet to be formed called “Corporate Flight Limited”), Ardmore Airfield, Ardmore, Auckland to conduct a Category ‘B’ air transport service from Ardmore airfield to any licensed aerodrome or authorised landing place in New Zealand with a fleet of one Gulfstream Commander 695, one Cessna 421 C, one Piper PA34-200T and one Piper PA3I aircraft. 4— An application by Taumarunul Aero Club (Inc.), P.O. Box 250, Taumarunul to conduct an aerial work service over the Taumarunul area with a fleet of one Cessna 150 and one Cessna 172 aircraft. The nature of the service sought is flight training. 5— An application by the D.G. and M. M. A. Starr Partnership, 22 Auckland Road, Warkworth, Auckland to conduct an aerial work service over the Auckland area to a line east-west through Waltotara with a fleet of one Fletcher FU24-954 aircraft. The nature of the services sought are aerial topdressing, seeding and laying poison bait. 6— An application by HellTrack Ltd, P.O. Box 72, Papakura, Auckland to provide the following services: (a) A Category ‘C’ air transport service from Opotikl to any licensed aerodrome or authorised landing place in New Zealand. (b) An aerial work service over the whole of New Zealand. The services sought are flight training, photourvey/lnspectlon and thermal imaging; both with a fleet of three Hughes 300 C helicopters. R.
