Certificate In Engineering (Electrical) or REA (Electrical) with previous design and construction site or manufacturing experience. Assistant Engineering Officers or Engineering Officers — N.Z. Certificate In Engineering (Electrical) or advanced study towards NZCE, with some design and construction site or manufacturing experience.
