CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER This position offers a unique challenge to a Customer Services Manager who is able to demonstrate a proven track record in airline, passenger and cargo handling. We are looking for an applicant with a flexible, energetic and innovative approach to the provision of first class passenger handling services. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the over-all co-ordination and standards of aircraft handling throughout the airline’s route structure. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to produce a superior product acceptable to a discerning travelling public. A strong personal “hands on” approach is required. The successful candidate will have had a minimum of 10 years related experience with at least three in a position of similar responsibility. It is unlikely that anyone under the age of 35 will have sufficient all-round experience for this position. DHC-7 PILOTS We are seeking professionals of above-average calibre who are able to demonstrate a strong and flexible approach to a new and challenging airline environment. Flexibility and a positive awareness of the airline team concept in serving the travelling public are essential prerequisites for these appointments. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: CAPTAINS: N.Z. A.T.P.L. 5000 hours command (including 1000 hours multi-turbine). New Zealand nationals holding equivalent Aust/U.K. licences will also be considered. Preference will be afforded to typerated applicants. Considerable multi-turbine experience will be looked for. FIRST OFFICERS: N.Z. S.C.P.L. (First Class Instrument Rating) 1500 hours (including 500 hours multi-turbine). Ideally these positions would suit R.N.Z.A.F. C--130 co-pilots seeking to commence a new career in civil aviation. AIR CABIN CREW CABIN SERVICES CONTROLLER Applicants should be medically fit for flying duties and be able to demonstrate proven experience in the Induction, development training and administration of cabin crew personnel in an airline environment offering superior cabin services to the travelling public. SENIOR CABIN ATTENDANTS Applicants should be medically fit for flying duties, between 21 and 30 years of age and possess a minimum of three years experience in airline cabin services. Preference will be afforded to those applicants who are able to demonstrate proven experience in line training and inflight cabin crew supervision. Applicants must clearly indicate an awareness of the importance of superior cabin services and its relation to the airline image. Grooming, poise and a cheerful outgoing disposition are essential prerequisites for these appointments. CABIN ATTENDANTS Applicants should be between 18 and 25 years of age and of good health (successful applicants will be required to pass a medical examination). Height should be proportionate to weight between sft 3in and sft 9in. Normal vision without glasses and contact lenses are essential requirements. Applicants should be of an attractive, neat and wellgroomed appearance with clear complexion and a pleasant and clear speaking voice. Minimum education qualifications are New Zealand School Certificate ideally Including one foreign language.
