Eggs thrown at P.M.
PA Auckland Two eggs thrown by demonstrators narrowly missed the Prime Minister, Sir Robert Muldoon, as he arrived at St James Theatre in Auckland last evening. About 200 demonstrators shouted and waved placards as Sir Robert and Lady Muldoon arrived by car. One egg whistled over his
head and splattered among
news media representatives at the theatre entrance. A second egg thrown was deflected by a security guard. Sir Robert and Lady Muldoon moved quickly into the foyer. There were no arrests, and the crowd soon dispersed. .
