ASQUITH, Phyllis Muir — The family of the late Mrs Asquith would like to thank her family doctor, all district nurses, Meals on Wheels, Home Aid and the Nurse Maude Association for their kindness and attention to our dear mother. CHANG, Boverty Amalta May — Gary and family wish to thank all friends and relatives for their kind support, cards, telegrams, flowers and baking during the sudden bereavement of a much loved wife and mother.
