THIS SUNDAY STARTING 10 a.m. Q.E. II PARK STADIUM ALSO A GREAT HALF MARATHON RACE All on one of the world's fastest marathon courses. Come and be part of this great festival of running, take up a vantage point on the course of come to Q.E. II Stadium. We expect the first runners to turn at the airport at about 11.06 a.m. PLEASE don't follow the runners on bicycles or in cars. It only creates traffic problems. When coming to Q.E. II Park Stadium would people please use the car parks. No parking is permitted on the adjoining roads, especially Barkers Road. • SATURDAY 2 p.m. Sports Medicine — running forum with the pre-race Diamond Pasta Meal. This is both entertaining and educational. Included are Ann Audain's coach, John Davies, Dr John Gillies, a respiratory physician, lan Simm, the physiotherapist for the New Zealand Olympic Team and Lorraine Moller's coach, Dick Quax. • SUNDAY is marathon and half-marathon day, plus a great postrace function and prize-giving.
