PA Hamilton An appeal by a Whangamata bus driver against the loss of his licence has been adjourned in the District Court at Hamilton until August. Mr Gordon Henry had his licence to drive school buses cancelled by the Transport Department after public statements by Dr lan Duncan. Dr Duncan had expressed concern about Mr Henry’s fitness to drive the bus. A Hamilton solicitor, Ms Ruth Grupen, asked for the appeal to be adjourned to August 1 for specialist medical reports to be collated. Judge Green granted the adjournment.
