A North Canterbun Catchment Board & Regional Water Board SPECIAL ORDER DIRECTING THE MAKING, LEVYING AND COLLECTION OF RATES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at, a Special Meeting held on May 25,1984, the North Canterbury Catchment Board resolved by way of Special Order pursuant to the powers contained in the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1911, directing the making, levying and collection of rates for the year ending March 31, 1935. ADMINISTRATIVE RATE An administrative rate on the Capital Value of all rateable property within the meaning of the Rating Act 1967 or its equivalent on the Unimproved or Annual Value of all such rateable property within the limits and jurisdiction of the several local bodies within the North Canterbury Catchment Board District for which the provisions of Part V of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941 apply.
