Mogal purchase
PA Wellington Mogal Corporation has bought a majority shareholding in the Aucklandbased security firm, KM Security Group, Ltd. KM Security is a private company with branches throughout Auckland and in the Bay of Plenty. It specialises in industrial security. Mogal’s managing direc-
tor, Mr R. H. Fisher, said yesterday that his group saw the security industry and its associated areas as a growth industry and one compatible with other Mogal services. The company will operate as a separate entity within the Mogal group, with Mr P. F. Pilley, who established KM Security, as general manager of the division.
