Reuters prices
NZPA-Reuter New York The present indicated public offering price range for the sale of shares in Reuters Holdings pic in the United States is the American dollar equivalent of 1966 pence (JNZ4.2I) to 210 pence (JNZ4.52 per B share), the London merchant banker, S. G. Warburg and N. M. Rothschild has announced today. A total of up to 106.8 million B shares is being offered in Britain and the United States and dealing is expected to begin in London and New York on June 4. In London, shares are on offer by tender at a minimum tender price of 180 pence (SNZ3.B7) per share.
