Electoral reform
Sir,—Since hearing Petra Kelly in person, and on radio I hope that other citizens may also have lis-
tened to her enlightened discourse on the viability of proportional representation. The same subject was pinpointed by your correspondent L. J. Robinson, the Values Party’s spokesperson for electoral reform (May 28). The visiting parliamentarian from West Germany spelt out what Mr Robinson has said more than once. She has proved how theory can become practice. Time is running out too fast for us to ignore warnings from clear-sighted minorities on fragile peace and nuclear issues.—Yours, Btc. LORNA ANKER. Mav 30. 1984.
