Archibishop N.Z. man
PA Wellington A former Wellington Anglican priest, the Rev. David John Penman, has become Archibishop of Melbourne. He was ordained in the Wellington Diocese in 1962, and served in a number of positions in New Zealand before becoming vicar of All Saints Church in Palmerston North. In 1982 he went to Australia as Bishop in Melbourne.
