Product Development Scientist • Autonomous role, responsible for New Product Development • Salary neg. in range $29 - $36,000 p.a. + performance bonuses In this challenging role you will be responsible for the development of new products, with particular emphasis on the identification and utilisation of new raw materials. Close liaison with Marketing, and other key functions, will be vital. The incumbent will also co-ordinate a small team of technologists. Aged from 25 years, you will hold tertiary qualifications in any suitable scientific discipline and desirably have had 2 years industrial/research experience. Product Development Technologists • One position in Hew Product Development • One position in Current Product Enhancement • Salary neg. in range $23 - $28,000 p.a. + performance bonuses Following the completion of an extensive induction and hands on training programme, incumbents will be offered autonomous responsibility for key areas and projects covering the full range of activities within the New and Current Product Departments. Hew and Recent Graduates holding qualifications in any appropriate discipline should apply.
