Dawn raid nets 26
PA Auckland The police arrested 26 people and recovered stolen property and drugs valued at nearly $100,900 yesterday in a series of early morning raids on Auckland homes. Seventy policemen started executing search warrants on 51 properties at 6 a.m. The police said that the exercise, called Operation Calypso, was the culmination of several months of inquiries.
