Venezuela hoped to reach a basic agreement with its creditors to reschedule some SUSIS billion in foreign debts by the end of July, the chief debt negotiator, Carlos Guillermo Rangel, said. “This is a laborious process and we will probably have to extend the present payments moratorium at the end of July to finalise legal aspects and win acceptance from all creditors,” he said.
