More than 1500 last-minute entries for the Adidas Christchurch International Marathon surround Ms Lyn Ferris, the administration coordinator for the marathon, yesterday morning. Entries for the marathon on June 3 were to have been posted before midnight on Monday, May 7. The late entries will be accepted and will bring the total to about 2500, equalling last year’s entry. The course is from Queen Elizabeth II Park to Christchurch Airport and back again.
