The job requires: a thorough knowledge of mutton dressing; the ability to supervise a work force of over 200 pebple through a strong supervisory team; a close working relationship with the M.A.F. in the present climate of stricter meat hygiene regulations; and the communication skills to handle the industrial relations and engineering problems of the department. The company is In the early development stages of a new mutton dressing system. After a period, the successful applicant would be expected to take control of this project through to complete conversion of the mutton chains on the plant.
