Water polo teams
Canterbury teams will be competing in the national inter-secondary schools’ water polo championships at Wellington, starting today and ending on Saturday. Two of the Canterbury boys have had to withdraw through injuries. They were Peter Wairau and Devon Burchett. The teams are: Boys. — Mathew Lanyon, Jeff Cook, Andrew Davidson, Craig Fawcett, Andrew Lewis, Glen Macintosh, Nigel Marsh, Hayden Scott, Tarquin Smith, lan Taylor. Girls. — Tisha Bradley, Sharon McClure (captain), Kathryn Faogali, Terese Dickey, Jane Bishop, Terese Neil, Nina button, Kathleen Schofield, Lara Steele, Amanda Brennan.
