Samurai showpiece
Graham Stewart (above), of Stewart Stained Glass, Ltd, works on a stainedglass samurai showpiece, the construction of which he will demonstrate at the Building Centre on Saturday. Among the few people still producing stained-glass windows by the traditional
methods, Graham started work nine years ago as one of the first stained-glass artists in Christchurch. His work has included domestic and architectural windows, as well as at St John of God, St Mary’s and St Barnabas’s churches, the Salvation Army Citadel and the Catholic Cathedral.
