Triumph factory demolished

After years of financial hassles, the Triumph factory at Meridan, in Britain, has been demolished. The factory, operated from 1974 by a co-operative formed by factory workers, had continued operating at a financial loss despite large injections of public moneys. Two businessmen, John Bloor and Les Harris, have bought the Triumph name and plan to manufacture limited numbers of 750 cu. cm. Bonnevilles.
