Tenants
Sir,—The Deputy Leader of the Opposition, Mr Palmer, has a head-in-the-sand attitude when he states he has no desire to discuss with landlords why there is discrimination against Maoris and other Polynesians who are trying to rent houses. I still consider that a landlord should have the right to select his tenants and to protect his property. — Yours, etc., H. BIRT. May 1, 1984.
