The company is about to embark on a major expansion programme and an interesting and challenging career is assured for a person with a keen interest in cheese technology as well as management aspects. The company manufactures a range of continental cheeses for both local and export markets, matures all products on site, operates a modern packaging plant for consumer packs, and also a cheese processing plant. Although the hours are flexible, the majority of the work is carried out in the evenings and week-ends. The position is unsuitable for combining with a full time job, or any sales work.
