HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER HEATHCOTE COUNTY RESTRICTION OF ACCESS TO PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS BYLAW 1984 NOTICE is hereby given that the Heathcote County Council, at a meeting held on the 26th day of April 1984, resolved to make by Special Order the Heathcote County Restriction of Access to Private Swimming Pools Bylaw 1984. The purpose of this bylaw Is to prevent unsupervised access to swimming pools by children under 5 years or age and to thus reduce the risk of their drowning.
