Advertisement Rowe Cup trip Bookings close today for a special trip organised by Air New Zealand to the Rowe Cup trotting meeting at Alexandra Park this month. The trip takes in the last two nights of the meeting, May 16 and 19, and a day galloping meeting at Avondale. Accommodation (twin room share basis) has been booked at the Mon Desire Hotel for four nights and anyone wishing to stay longer can do so at a special rate. The cost of $385 covers return air fare, accommodation, all transfers and entrance and members’ tickets to the three race meetings.
