C. Cossill injured
PA Auckland The Takanini jockey, Craig Cossill, is recovering from an operation following his fall from Rafaeleo in the St Heliers Hurdles at Ellerslie on Saturday, an Auckland Hospital spokesman said yesterday. It was thought Cossill had escaped with abrasions and bruising, but he later collapsed and underwent an operation for a head injury.
