PA Wellington The Government will launch a borrowing programme before long, the Prime Minister, Mr Muldoon, has said. “We’ll be wanting some retail instrument, but (there’s) no decision at this stage,” Sir Robert Muldoon said.
He had been asked at a post-Cabinet press conference if another Kiwi Savings Stock were possible. “We’re looking at all of those things,” he said.
